Born and raised in Hong Kong, Hidy Ng started her career in fashion knitwear and served as Chief Designer at Co-wear International. From her sheer determination and design talents, she received the "International Fashion Editors' Best Collection Award" in January 1994 for knitwear. In July 2002, she then won awards for creativity and overall design in the New Fashion Show in Hong Kong. In Fall 2003, Hidy Ng's label began to attract customers from outside of Hong Kong - her collections are now worn and sold in France, the United States and the United Kingdom.

Her collection is based on simplicity, body-enhancing silhouettes, and fashion forward elements. Each garment is full of alluring details and individual flair.
